Installation en dual-boot : cartes réseau désactivées

Bonjour à tous,
J'ai installé elementaryOS en dual-boot avec Windows 10.
Problème : désormais la carte wifi et la carte bluetooth sont désactivées; sur les deux systèmes d'exploitation.

Je ne peux plus activer le bluetooth ni le wifi sur windows ou sur Elementary OS, c'est très embêtant.
Comment faire pour les réactiver ?

Première pensée : les réglages dans le BIOS ? Je ne vois pas trop comment une install d'OS aurait pu changer des trucs dedans mais le premier élément qui me vient à l'esprit c'est ça.
